Indigenous Empowerment Coaching (IEC) has positively impacted the lives of individuals, families, organizations and communities all over the traditional Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Territories, (now known as Vancouver, BC.) who have enrolled in our Coaching Systems. IEC has been fortunate to work with some of the best indigenous clients and participants a coaching service could ask for.
Those that have been benefited by our empowerment coaching include: nonprofit organizations, First Nations/Wellness teams, First Nations schools, Tech companies, Transition Houses, startups, and businesses. From frontline staff to CEOs and Executive Directors.

IEC focuses on supporting a diverse set of employees achieve empowerment. One of our case examples involved an individual who had started work for the first time. IEC supported the client, set reasonable goals to that they would be able to achieve in a short span of time. By the end of the sessions, the individual was was confident and provided service with a smile.
All it took was a conversation, active listening, and simple achievable steps that resulted in a positive impact for this individual and society. And, maybe a little bit of coaching.
An organization was struggling with absenteeism, presenteeism (showing up to work, but producing minimal work), and communication breakdowns.
